Eirik has more than 16 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry, having contributed to projects totaling over NOK 4 billion. He has successfully led and developed several property portfolios and has been instrumental in establishing two construction companies. Eirik’s core expertise lies in business development, corporate structuring, and real estate transactions, including both acquisitions and sales.
Runar Wilhelmsen
Runar has a background in economics, investment, and finance. Since relocating to Spain seven years ago, he has built extensive experience and a strong network within the Spanish real estate market. Over the past five years, he has held overall responsibility for the execution of residential development projects. His portfolio includes two completed luxury villa projects, as well as a €9 million beachfront development consisting of 14 high-end apartments scheduled for completion in autumn 2025
Bjørnar Hoel
Bjørnar has more than 24 years of experience in the real estate sector. As sales director, he has contributed to the development of a major network of real estate agencies, and he has also worked as an intermediary on several large residential projects. He has consistently been involved in the strategic planning of projects in order to optimise their commercial performance and profitability. His solid understanding of the market and his expertise in sales and marketing have been key factors throughout his professional career.

Runar is the CEO of Norwegian Capital and a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with a strong background in marketing, sales, and finance. After relocating to Spain in 2018, he entered the real estate sector and has since gained extensive experience across various segments of the Spanish property market.He is the co-founder of Esentya Group as well as managed multiple residential development projects over the last 5 years— both completed and ongoing.
